Refund Policy

Whether merchandise is defective or non-defective, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We accept a change of mind, personal preference and wrong selection as well as damage, faults, an incorrect shipment, missing parts or a significant description mismatch.

All returns are limited to new items that are unused and in original condition; keep original packaging, tags and every included accessory. Give us the order number, email used at checkout and an explanation. For damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped or incomplete orders, provide photos or video of the goods and packaging.

Authorization is required before you mail anything. The package includes a free return label for return by mail, with no restocking fee. Actual stock determines exchange fulfillment. Within 10 days after approval, we process your refund using the original payment method.
