Shipping Policy

We cover physical merchandise purchased from our United States store under this shipping policy. An accurate delivery address, email and phone are required with the order. Tracking updates are made available when the shipping service supports them.

Normal preparation is around 1–2 business days; estimated carrier delivery takes another 3–5 business days. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. The checkout shipping section determines whether an order qualifies for free delivery, subject to destination, package, carrier and legal restrictions.

Please report a delay, loss, unexplained delivered scan or damaged parcel with the order reference, checkout email, tracking information and destination. For damage concerns, retain the materials and include photographs of the goods and package so we can assess the issue and pursue a carrier investigation.
